
Chocolate Chip M&M Cookies
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

How to Make:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the white and brown sugars. Add the softened butter and beat together until the mixture is light and creamy. Incorporate the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until fully combined and smooth.

Step 4: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, mixing until fully incorporated. The dough will be thick and stiff in consistency.
Step 5: Hand mix in your chocolate chips and M&Ms, making sure they are evenly incorporated.
Step 6: Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Using a small ice cream scoop or cookie scoop, portion the dough onto the prepared sheets, spacing evenly. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on wire racks.
